Wegen Inflationssorgen in den USA drehte der Index im Tagesverlauf zeitweise ins Minus, erholte sich aber durch Käufe auf niedrigerem Niveau. Am Hauptmarkt kauften Privatanleger netto für 1,835 Billionen Won und Institutionen für 193 Milliarden Won, während ausländische Investoren netto für 2,144 Billionen Won verkauften. Samsung Electronics legte um 4,23% auf 296.000 Won zu, SK Hynix sank um 0,30% auf 1,97 Millionen Won. Der KOSDAQ stieg ebenfalls um 1,20% auf 1.191,09.
